Commercial Skills Requirements:

• Technical writing skills
• Has an extensive background on sales projection and activities
• Project Management
• Basic Knowledge of design, installation and project management of Automation systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS etc) and its complexity
• Awareness of the products and solutions

Job Responsibilities:

1. Must be Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. 
2. Must be Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. 
3. Knowledge of Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. 
4. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. 
5. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. 
6. Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports. 
7. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
