Job Obligations:
- Achieves restaurant operational targets by contributing information and tips to strategic strategies and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, putting into action production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying styles, deciding system improvements, applying change.
- Meets restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an gross annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing diversities, initiating corrective actions.
- Programs menus by seeing many chefs; estimates food costs and profits; adjusts menus.
- Adjustments costs by reviewing part control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; making sure high quality of prep.
- Avoids legal challenges by conforming to the restrictions of the liquor commission payment.
